Ripple Helps NXGEN Recruit Sales Consultants

An international provider of payment services, and the industry leader in the United States, NXGEN came to Ripple Marketing with a challenge. Poised to begin a new wave of recruiting, NXGEN had a particular audience in mind, asking Ripple to help connect them with that specific audience.
With the established goal of making sure NXGEN was well-quipped to recruit new sales consultants at an upcoming tradeshow in San Jose, California, which was to be the first stop on its nationwide recruiting tour. Ripple and NXGEN worked quickly and closely to develop core messaging based on Ripple's research. Distilling the research, Ripple recognized what a unique and empowering sales culture NXGEN had built. Unlike many of its competitors, NXGEN had succeeded in creating a sales culture focused on the success of its individual sales consultants.
Knowing how powerfully compelling that fact would be in recruiting industry veterans for the NXGEN team, the question was how to convey that message. Based on the insights obtained in the research phase, as well as the core ideas determined through collaborative brainstorming sessions between NXGEN and the Ripple team, a strategic execution plan was determined. Ripple refined the core ideas, integrating them with the recruitment strategy derived from its research. This information was translated into versatile, high-impact concepts to be executed as print ads, a brochure system, a tradeshow booth and on the Web.
Attentively managing each step in the process from initial conversations to delivery of the final materials to the NXGEN team's hotel in San Jose, Ripple stayed focused on its client's original objectives, ensuring NXGEN had all the tools needed to effectively recruit in San Jose.
